Delivery and Returns

Shipping:

I will pack and send out your order as soon as possible, within 3 - 5 working days (Monday - Friday) unless previously stated on the listing.

United Kingdom - £6:

Orders will be sent Special Delivery via Royal Mail (signed for ) so will require a signature upon receipt.
Delivery should take approximately 2 - 5 working days though at busy times this may take longer.

European & International customers - £18:   

All orders will be sent by Airmail. Delivery (signed for) and should take approximately 1 - 2 weeks, though this may be longer due to Customs delays or just busy times of the year. 

You the buyer will be responsible for any extra charges that your country may require for example Vat, import fees, etc. Please check with your Country's laws on imports and charges before ordering.

Christmas and Holidays:

As I ship from the United Kingdom I recommend ordering early as the postal services may be busy which could cause a delay in your parcel arriving on time.

Refunds and Exchanges:

All items are made in the United Kingdom and transactions are subject to United Kingdom Law and Legislation

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me with in 14 days of receiving your order by email. I will contact you and require that the items are returned undamaged in their original packaging within 14 days. Upon receipt I will exchange or refund, you the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the order back unless the items are faulty.

I do not accept returns on customized items, if your item has been made to order or altered to fit for example.
Any refunds will be processed within 14days.
